Payjoin Foundation Receives 501(c)(3) Status

Payjoin Foundation has received approval from the Internal Revenue Service recognizing the Foundation as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation can now accept tax-deductible charitable contributions to support its mission to advance practical privacy in peer-to-peer digital transactions.

"Receiving 501(c)(3) status establishes a framework to sustain the Payjoin Dev Kit and future developments." Said Dan Gould, Executive Director of Payjoin Foundation. "It allows us to prioritize the development of infrastructure designed to endure, accountable to the public interest."
